what's the difference between bare minerals and the different mineral make up products in stores now? i've been looking online and bare minerals is like $200!! if there's no difference i would rather get the stuff at a store and save myself a lot of money. i'm skeptical of the whole thing cuz i have such bad skin and don't think it would cover anything at all. (really bad dark circles/splotches)Bare minerals vs. in-store mineral make up products?
i was pretty skeptical when i switched over to bare minerals. i'd been using MAC studio fix which is way heavier on coverage, but which is also bad for skin since its so heavy. i have generally smooth skin...but freckles, hereditary dark circles, some acne scars, and discoloration around the mouth. i've been using bare minerals for about 2 months now and i love it. your best bet is purchasing the $60 intro kit at sephora, or sephora.com and you can return it if you are not happy. i was afraid to try it at first, but sephora offers a money back policy. bare minerals is good for your skin, so that is the advantage in paying more...but its up to you as far as what you want to spend, otherwise, im sure mineral make up at drugstores would offer the coverage you are looking for too:)Bare minerals vs. in-store mineral make up products?
i use Loreal bare natural minerals, it works great. i really like it. :)
a little REALLY does go a long way, with it. %26amp;%26amp; it last me a long time. i buy a new one about every 3 months and i wear it everyday. so you really do get your moneys worth. :D
